Spinning Techniques
1 Balance is on one foot: left spin=left foot, right spin=right foot
2 Keep knees bent
3 Keep a steady frame
4 Spot (for stability and not to get dizzy)
5 Keep a good posture
6 Think of a vertical axis
7 Push backwards with the 'preparing' foot
8 Spin on the ball of the foot
9 Keep feet together
10 Keep knees together
11 Start the spin with a body rotation, spin body first, the feet will follow
12 Prepare the spin with a small pause
13 Prepare the spin with a small twist in opposite direction with shoulders
14 Stop moving horizontally before starting to spin
15 Keep one level (don't move up and down)
